What we do
K3K Investigations is a London-based private investigation agency working across the United Kingdom and internationally. We are instructed by individuals, solicitors and businesses who need a question answered with evidence rather than assumption: where someone is, what they are actually doing, who they really are, or where money has gone.
Every instruction begins with a free, confidential conversation with a senior investigator, is quoted as a fixed price before any work starts, and ends with a written report you can act on — and, where it matters, that a court will accept.
Our investigation services
Covert surveillance — trained field teams gathering timestamped, court-ready footage of what is happening, on foot and by vehicle, anywhere in the UK.
People tracing — finding missing family, debtors, beneficiaries and former tenants, with no-trace, no-fee terms on most standard traces.
Matrimonial and infidelity investigations — discreet answers for people who need to know before they decide, with evidence family solicitors can use.
Fraud investigations — evidence gathering and asset tracing for individuals and businesses who have been defrauded.
Corporate investigations and due diligence — executive vetting, counterparty evaluation, internal fraud and corporate intelligence for UK businesses.
Workplace investigations — independent, tribunal-ready evidence on sickness-absence abuse, moonlighting, theft and misconduct.
Cyber investigations — online fraud, harassment, impersonation and digital evidence recovery.
OSINT investigations — open-source intelligence for identity attribution, digital footprints, due diligence and geospatial research, run on an OSINT platform we built ourselves.
Vehicle tracking — lawfully deployed GPS tracking, run on our own K3K Intelligence platform.
Bespoke investigations and bug sweeping (TSCM) — technical surveillance countermeasures, asset tracing and complex cases that do not fit a category.
How we work
Understand. We take the time to understand your situation, your concerns and exactly what is at stake.
Advise. We advise on the most effective lawful course of action — and tell you honestly what evidence can realistically be obtained. If the answer is that you do not need an investigator, we say so.
Solve. Our specialists deploy the right people and technology to gather facts with precision and discretion.
Report. You receive a clear, comprehensive written report — evidence you can act on with confidence.
Why clients instruct K3K
Senior investigators on every case, not subcontractors. Our own in-house intelligence platform rather than rented tooling. Fixed quotes agreed before work begins. A 24-hour line answered by someone who can actually advise you. And lawful method throughout — K3K Investigations Ltd is an ICO-registered data controller (ZB535305) and documents the lawful basis for every instruction.

How to choose a private investigator in the UK
The UK does not licence private investigators, so choose on evidence: whether the firm is an ICO-registered data controller and can state the lawful basis for what it proposes; whether it quotes a fixed price in writing before work starts; whether it has experience with your specific kind of case; whether its reports are prepared to a standard a court, tribunal, insurer or police force will accept; and whether it refuses unlawful work such as hacking, obtaining phone or bank records, or tracing someone who has cut contact. K3K meets each of those tests and says so in writing. Our guides on how to hire a private investigator and what investigators can lawfully do go through the checks in detail.
Technology we built ourselves
K3K is, as far as we know, the most technically capable independent private investigation agency in the UK, because we build and run our own systems rather than renting them. K3K Intelligence is our operations platform: live operational mapping, lawfully deployed GPS trackers decoded natively from the hardware, geofenced alerts and timestamped movement histories with every raw packet retained for evidence. The K3K OSINT Console, built by our own engineers, runs identity and username research, email, phone and domain analysis, company records, image metadata and a geospatial area-mapping desk that plots public CCTV, masts, cell towers and Wi-Fi around any location, with every query written to an audit log. A live global monitoring desk fuses aircraft, shipping, satellite and traffic-camera feeds onto a 3D globe. All of it runs on servers we control, and none of it intercepts communications, accesses accounts without authority or trades in stolen data. Read about the technology behind every K3K case.
